Refund Policy
Our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for consultation services.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid consultation services offered by Ankleradiant. Free educational content provided on the website is not subject to this policy.
2. Cancellation by the Client
You may cancel or reschedule a consultation under the following conditions:
- More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling to a mutually convenient time.
- 24 to 48 hours before the session: Rescheduling is offered at no additional cost. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund is available due to the time reserved for preparation. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
3. Cancellation by Ankleradiant
If we need to cancel a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to the nearest available time. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session is considered delivered and no refund will be issued. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assess the situation individually.
5. Dissatisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with a consultation, please contact us within 7 days of the session to discuss your concerns. We take feedback seriously and will work to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund or a complimentary follow-up session at our discretion.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. The actual timeframe for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Norwegian Consumer Law)
Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Angrerettloven), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services purchased at a distance (e.g., online). However, if the consultation has already been delivered with your explicit consent before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
